Daniela Lagunas is an associate on the firm’s litigation team, with a focus on representing individuals and businesses in personal injury, employment, and construction defect matters.

Daniela graduated from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. While at UCSD, Daniela volunteered at the Legal Aid Society and the Community Law Project providing legal assistance to indigent residents of San Diego. During her summers at UCSD, Daniela volunteered as a camp counselor for the Muscular Dystrophy Camp.

She then earned her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law. During her time at California Western, Daniela competed in the Phillip C. Jessup Moot Court and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. During law school, Daniela interned with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office. Daniela was a Judicial Extern for both the Honorable Patricia D. Benke of the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia, U.S. District Judge of the Southern District of California.

In her spare time, Daniela enjoys staying active, cooking new recipes, and spending time with her family and friends. Daniela is fluent in Spanish.
