Hannah Theophil is an associate on the firm's litigation team, representing individuals and businesses in corporate disputes, personal injury, and construction matters. 
Prior to joining Schwartz Semerdjian, Hannah practiced at an insurance defense firm, focusing on construction defect and personal injury matters. 
Hannah attended Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business and Commercial Law. While at NUSL, she participated in several internships, including at the Massachusetts Securities Division and at John Hancock's Wealth Management Law Department. She particularly enjoyed interning in the U.S. Attorney's Office, Civil Division in Boston, where she worked on Title VII and Title IX cases. 
Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Southern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and French. During undergrad, Hannah was elected Student Ambassador of the Honors College and received merit awards in both of her majors. 
In her free time, Hannah loves painting, practicing yoga, and she's learning to surf.
