Luciano is an associate on the firm’s litigation team and has experience with all phases of litigation including case initiation and investigation, discovery, trial, and appeal. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a nationally recognized litigation boutique and an Am Law 50 firm. Luciano has experience with intellectual property litigation, intellectual property prosecution and portfolio management, business and commercial litigation, and transactional matters.

Luciano received a B.S. in physics from the California state University of Long Beach, where he spent time in a nanoelectronics research laboratory. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine. While in law school he participated in multiple clinics including the Intellectual Property, Arts & Technology clinic, International Human Rights Clinic, and the Start-up and Small Business clinic.
