Sierra Palmer is an associate on the firm’s litigation team, with a focus on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in employment, personal injury, and construction defect matters.

Prior to joining the SSCM team, Sierra was a Judicial Extern for both the Honorable Roger T. Benitez in 2016 and the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia in 2017 at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

While attending law school at the University of San Diego School of Law, Sierra worked for the USD Civil Law Clinic, providing free legal assistance to indigent clients, regarding consumer issues, breach of contract cases, and fraud and consumer debt collection disputes.

Sierra earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University and spent some time working as a freelance Journalist before moving to San Diego to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney. Born and raised in the deserts of Arizona, Sierra enjoys exploring San Diego beaches, yoga, and two-stepping to country music on the weekends.
